March 14th was a day full of love and joy as Lydia and Ethan tied the knot at the beautiful Ahavah Venue in Waterloo. From start to finish, the entire day radiated happiness and warmth, making it a day everyone will remember.
Lydia and her bridesmaids kicked things off with plenty of laughs, happy tears, and a ton of excitement for what was ahead. Meanwhile, Ethan and his groomsmen shared some lighthearted moments, a true testament to the bond they share.
Before meeting Ethan at the altar, Lydia shared a touching first look with her mom and dad. The love and pride they have for their daughter were so clear, and it was such a special, emotional moment.
Then, Lydia and Ethan had their own private first look—just the two of them. Lydia surprised Ethan with a custom ring she had made just for him (cue the happy tears!), and the couple exchanged personal vows, promising forever to one another in a quiet, intimate moment. Ethan’s face when he saw Lydia was pure magic. It was a moment full of love and excitement that set the tone for the rest of the day.
The bridal party was a huge part of the fun! One of my favorite moments was when the wedding party had to rush to the venue but guests were still arriving. So, in true bridal party style, they rallied together and surrounded Lydia in a “secret service” style escort, making sure she got inside without anyone seeing her! It was spontaneous and such a fun, playful touch that perfectly captured the vibe of the day.
The speeches during the reception were so beautiful. The maids of honor and best men shared touching stories and heartfelt words that made everyone smile, laugh, and maybe tear up a little. Their speeches captured the deep love and connection Lydia and Ethan share, and it was the perfect way to celebrate their union.
The night was full of laughter, dancing, and unforgettable moments, and even when the tornado sirens went off (yes, you read that right!), the party didn’t skip a beat.
Lydia and Ethan’s wedding was a beautiful reflection of who they are: kind, fun, and so deeply in love. It was such an honor to be there and capture their magical day. I have no doubt their future together will be just as incredible as the day they became husband and wife.
Cheers to Lydia and Ethan! Here’s to a lifetime of love, laughter, and happiness.
